Rules for responsible use of San Balance.
01Personal finance tool
San Balance is a record-keeping and planning tool. It is not a bank, payment processor, accountant, financial adviser or emergency service.
02Account responsibility
Keep your sign-in credentials and devices secure. You are responsible for checking entries, balances, due dates, exports and reminders for accuracy.
03No financial guarantee
Forecasts and reports depend on the information you enter and may be incomplete. Always verify important payments with your bank, biller or adviser.
04Third-party services
Google, Apple, Meta, Telegram and other providers have separate terms, availability and privacy rules. Their service interruptions are outside San Balance control.
05Coming Soon tools
Creator Tax and Markets & Exchange are unreleased future tools and cannot be opened, purchased or used. They do not provide tax advice, filing, a residence determination, an offer, a dealing service or an investment recommendation.
06Data sources and availability
A market value is shown only when its source, quote type, observation time and freshness state are available. San Balance does not guarantee uninterrupted feeds, benchmark rights, merchant availability or future accuracy.
07Free, Pro and Pro Plus
The eligible Free plan includes the limits and limited advertising shown in the app. Pro and Pro Plus are recurring subscriptions purchased and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play on mobile, or through Telegram Stars inside the Telegram bot where offered. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and family or regional availability follow the relevant store. Pro Plus includes only the add-ons explicitly marked available; Coming Soon previews are not included for purchase.
08Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use integrations to send unlawful or unwanted messages.
09Changes and termination
Features and these terms may be updated as the product evolves. You can stop using San Balance and delete your account at any time.
